Professional Development

Professional development is a continuous process of individual   and collective examination and improvement of practice. It should empower   individual educators and communities of educator to make complex decisions;   to identify and solve problems; and to connect theory, practice, and student   outcomes.I feel that professional development is extremely important and   have been fortunate enough in the past two years to have had numerous   opportunities to attend professional development lectures, conferences, and   workshops. Listed below are some of the Professional Development   opportunities:
